Mobile Community Connection Centers

 Our purpose is rooted in compassion and community support, providing diapers, wipes, clothing, and essential hygiene items at absolutely no cost to families in need. Located in Corpus Christi, Texas, our program extends its reach far beyond city limits through a dedicated partnership with Driscoll Health Plan, reaching and serving 26 counties across Texas. We believe in alleviating the strain on families by ensuring access to these vital resources. Our commitment to supporting the well-being of children and families is at the heart of everything we do. 

 Our mobile outreach endeavors are dedicated to meeting our community right where they are. Through strategic partnerships with fellow non-profit organizations, we extend our reach to provide essential resources to those who visit our diaper bank and mobile community connection centers. Our commitment goes beyond mere provision; we equip participants with resource guides and offer the expertise of our Agents of Hope who provide personalized resource navigation. This ensures tailored guidance and support, addressing individual needs and empowering families on their journey toward stability and self-sufficiency. We believe in a holistic approach to community care, fostering a network of support that extends far beyond material assistance. 

Our scholarship is designed to offer financial assistance to deserving individuals in Nueces and San Patricio Counties. Each scholarship, valued at $600, can be applied towards tuition at vocational, technical, two-year, or four-year institutions. To be eligible for consideration, applicants must complete an online application. Successful candidates will commit to completing 25 hours of community service with Esperanza, as well as attending essential workshops on resume writing, interview skills, and financial literacy.

Recipients of the scholarship will be recognized during our annual Noche de Amor Gala, where they will receive their awards. Furthermore, scholarship funds will be disbursed directly to the institution of the recipient's choice, ensuring seamless financial support for their educational endeavors.

We not only provide financial assistance but also emphasizes the importance of community engagement and professional development, thereby empowering recipients to succeed academically and contribute positively to their communities.
