Brianna Davis is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Esperanza de Tejas, Inc. A Coastal Bend native, Brianna obtained her GED at the age of 18 and went on to pursue her Bachelors degree in Social Science from the University of Houston-Downtown and a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC). With over 13 years of experience in the social services field and a proud member of the Junior League of Corpus Christi, Leadership Corpus Christi Class 53, TABPHE-Corpus Christi and Gamma Alpha Omega Sorority. Brianna has dedicated her career to creating positive community outcomes, health changes and educational opportunities to low-income and underrepresented communities throughout Texas.
Belinda Perez Perea serves as the Community Outreach Director for Esperanza de Tejas, bringing more than 30 years of dedicated experience in education, advocacy, and social services. She graduated from Corpus Christi University (now Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi) in 1988, earning her Bachelor of Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Spanish and a minor in Mexican Studies.
Throughout her distinguished career, Belinda has passionately served as a teacher, Director of Children and Family Services for a nonprofit organization, and a tireless advocate for equitable education and rights for migrant children and families. Her commitment to community empowerment, equity, and educational access has positively impacted countless lives across South Texas. At Esperanza de Tejas, Belinda continues to leverage her extensive expertise to foster meaningful connections and expand outreach, ensuring that families receive the vital resources and support they deserve.
